Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Learni lets schools manage courses, assignments, grades, attendance, calendar, communication with families and school billing. The features available depend on the plan each school subscribes to.

2. User accounts

Accounts are created by the school for its staff, students and families. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity carried out with your account.

If you suspect someone else is using your account, change your password and let your school know.

3. School responsibilities

The school is responsible for the accuracy of the information it records, for adding and removing its users and for obtaining the authorizations needed to record data about students and families, especially minors.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Learni for illegal purposes, to publish offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others, to try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, notifying the school.

5. User content

The files, assignments, comments and other content you upload to Learni remain yours or your school's. You grant us the permission needed to store them and show them to authorized users for the sole purpose of providing the service.

6. Payments recorded on the platform

The charges, payments and balances shown in Learni are recorded by the school. Receipts generated by the platform are internal and do not replace a tax invoice; any question about a charge should be directed to the school.

7. Intellectual property

Learni, its software, design, brand and logos belong to Nekodee. You may not copy, modify, distribute or attempt to obtain the platform's source code without our written authorization.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Learni available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We will try to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

9. Limitation of liability

Learni is offered as a tool to support school management. To the extent permitted by law, Nekodee is not liable for decisions made based on information recorded incorrectly by users, or for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this same site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date; continuing to use Learni after a change means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
